Power that doesn’t drop mid-take
The Soundstage’s zero-blink infrastructure uses dual generators — 200kVA + 150kVA — with solar backup. The Soundstage and Podcast facility pages state 18°C climate control. Check the Soundstage and Podcast Studio specifications for your room.
Access & compound
Find us at 16A Nike Art Gallery Road, Ikate, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The gated compound has parking for 15–20 cars. Share your vehicle, equipment and load-in needs with the team before your session so access and timing can be confirmed.
Your date is only held with money
Cal.com and WhatsApp requests alone do not hold a date. Pay 50% of studio hire (ex-VAT) within 72 hours of the written quote; 60% if hire exceeds ₦5,000,000. The date is held only after the deposit clears. Balance + 7.5% VAT + ₦100,000 refundable caution are due before the session. Caution is returned after inspection, subject to the booking terms. For Podcast and Dolby, once the deposit clears, written confirmation follows the same day on WhatsApp or email.

What happens if NEPA goes during my session?

Is my date held when I click Cal.com?
No. A Cal.com request or WhatsApp enquiry alone does not hold a date. Pay 50% of studio hire (ex-VAT) within 72 hours of the written quote; 60% if hire exceeds ₦5,000,000. How fast do you reply on WhatsApp?

Is the caution refundable?
Yes. The ₦100,000 caution is a refundable security deposit, not revenue. It is due before the session with the balance and 7.5% VAT, and is returned after inspection, subject to the booking terms.
Can I bring my own crew?
Tell the team about your crew and outside kit when requesting a quote so arrangements can be agreed before the session. Crew, editing and catering are quoted separately from room hire.

Use the linked Podcast, Soundstage, event venue, music video and film, church and conference, and Dolby pages for live room rates and inclusions. This trust page does not publish a separate rate card.
