Send your date, room, hours and headcount by WhatsApp or email, or request a podcast slot on Cal.com. An enquiry or calendar request alone does not hold a date.

We reply fast
We reply on WhatsApp or email within 2 hours during operating hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–22:00 and Sat–Sun 10:00–20:00 Lagos time. Enquiries outside those hours are handled when operating hours resume.

Receive your written quote
Your quote uses the live room rate card and itemises 7.5% VAT and the ₦100,000 refundable caution. Add-ons are quoted separately. Payment details are supplied on the WhatsApp or email quote.

Deposit holds the date
Pay 50% of studio hire (ex-VAT) within 72 hours of the written quote; 60% if hire exceeds ₦5,000,000. The date is held only after the deposit clears. Balance + 7.5% VAT + ₦100,000 refundable caution are due before the session. The quoted slot lapses if unpaid within that deadline.

Get written confirmation
Once the deposit is confirmed received, the date is locked and you receive written confirmation. For Podcast and Dolby bookings, Yomi confirms the same day on WhatsApp or email. Soundstage and events also require a cleared deposit to hold the date.

Before your session
Pay the remaining studio hire balance, 7.5% VAT and ₦100,000 refundable caution before the session. Caution is not revenue: it is returned after inspection, subject to the booking terms.
Booking questions
Is Cal.com enough to hold a date?
No. A Cal.com request or WhatsApp enquiry alone does not hold a date. Your date is held only after the required deposit is confirmed received and you receive written confirmation.
How much deposit do I pay?

What if I miss the 72-hour deadline?
The quoted slot lapses if the deposit has not cleared within 72 hours of the written quote. Contact us to recheck availability and request an updated quote.
When do I pay caution?
Pay the ₦100,000 refundable caution with the balance and 7.5% VAT before the session. Caution is a security deposit, not revenue, and is returned after inspection, subject to the booking terms.
How fast do you reply on WhatsApp?

Do you take card or transfer?
