How much does church or conference venue hire cost?
Soundstage day-hire blocks start at ₦400,000 for 4 hours Mon–Thu or ₦500,000 for 4 hours Fri–Sun. An 8-hour block is ₦640,000 Mon–Thu / ₦800,000 Fri–Sun; 12 hours is ₦800,000 / ₦1,000,000. Prices exclude 7.5% VAT, with a ₦100,000 refundable caution per booking, subject to inspection.
What is the theatre-style versus standing capacity?
The 1,760 sq ft Soundstage accommodates 150–180 theatre-style seats, 400–450 standing guests, or 80–100 banquet-style guests. Share your headcount, stage and seating needs so the team can confirm the layout for your gathering.
What is the weekday versus weekend price?
Mon–Thu 4 / 8 / 12-hour blocks are ₦400,000 / ₦640,000 / ₦800,000. Fri–Sun blocks are ₦500,000 / ₦800,000 / ₦1,000,000. An extra hour is ₦100,000 Mon–Thu or ₦125,000 Fri–Sun. Overtime after the booked block is ₦100,000 per hour for either period. VAT and caution are additional.
Can we bring our own AV or worship team?
Tell the team about your AV, worship team and technical requirements when requesting a quote so arrangements can be agreed before the gathering. Room hire includes the in-house LED walls and AV stated on the Soundstage facility page. Crew, worship/tech team, catering, diesel surcharge if any, and outside kit are quoted separately.
Will power hold if NEPA goes?
Yes. The Soundstage has zero-blink power supported by 200kVA and 150kVA generators with solar backup, plus 18°C climate control.
What about parking and overflow?
The gated compound has parking for 15–20 cars at 16A Nike Art Gallery Road, Ikate, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. Share your expected vehicle count with the team before booking. If you expect more vehicles, discuss overflow arrangements in advance rather than assuming extra spaces are available.
