What each line covers
Engineer / operator
Minimum 2 hours. One engineer/operator; a separate camera crew or DOP is quoted extra.
Full episode edit · 45–60 minutes
A 45–60-minute finished episode from up to 90 minutes of source footage and no more than 3 cameras. Includes clean audio, basic colour correction, intro/outro and 2 revision rounds.
Basic LED wall motion content
One basic 15–30-second branded loop with 2 revision rounds. Custom animation and 3D work are quoted separately. This is Soundstage content creation; the installed LED walls themselves remain included in room hire.

A modest refreshment pack for up to 4 people, only where refreshments are already promised in your booking. Meals are catering; this does not add refreshments to every room-hire booking.
Event Lounge hire
Minimum 2 hours at the existing flat hourly room-hire rate. This is optional Event Lounge room hire, separate from another room unless your written quote explicitly includes it.

Standard catering for a minimum of 10 people. Confirm the menu and service requirements in your written quote. Premium menus and alcohol are quoted separately.
Extra hour · Soundstage
The published Soundstage extra-hour rates remain ₦100,000 Mon–Thu and ₦125,000 Fri–Sun. Overtime after the booked block remains ₦100,000 per hour on both weekday and weekend bookings. Your written quote must identify whether extra-hour or overtime pricing applies before you extend a booking.

An extra podcast hour is ₦75,000 Mon–Thu or ₦100,000 Fri–Sun. The existing 2-hour and 3-hour session block prices remain unchanged. Crew, editing and clips are separate.
Podcast session rates →Conference projector + screen
Includes delivery, setup and basic support for a conference projector-and-screen package. Confirm the event timing and requirements in your quote. This is not an LED-wall rental package, and it is not charged for a display already included in room hire.
Existing inclusions stay included
- The Soundstage’s installed LED walls are included in room hire. The paid LED line here is content creation, not another wall-rental charge.
- If your booked room already includes a display, there is no extra rental charge for that display. The projector-and-screen package applies only when an additional external setup is required.
- Green room refreshments are included only where already promised. Meals are catering.
- Soundstage extra hours follow the published weekday/weekend rates. Overtime after the booked block remains ₦100,000/hour on both weekday and weekend bookings. Your written quote must identify whether extra-hour or overtime pricing applies before you extend a booking.
Confirm your scope before the session
Tell us your date, room, hours and required add-ons. We confirm availability, deliverables and the itemised total in your written quote. Room rates, 7.5% VAT and the ₦100,000 refundable caution per booking remain unchanged; caution is returned after inspection.
Pay 50% of room or venue hire (ex-VAT) within 72 hours of the written quote; 60% if hire exceeds ₦5,000,000. The date is held only after the deposit clears. Balance + 7.5% VAT + ₦100,000 refundable caution are due before the session.

3 social clips
Three captioned vertical clips, each no longer than 60 seconds, from one episode. Standalone selection is ₦75,000 per set. The set is ₦60,000 when ordered with a full episode edit or when approved timestamps are supplied.
