Booking details via Cal.com (name, email, phone, session details); enquiries to info@freememusic.com; basic analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via Google Analytics; payment confirmations.
We do NOT collect or store card numbers — card/transfer payments are handled by your bank; crypto payments occur on-chain.
3. HOW WE USE IT
Respond to enquiries, manage bookings, send confirmations/invoices/logistics, improve the website. We do not sell personal data and do not send marketing unless requested.
4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Cal.com (scheduling), Google (analytics, email hosting), Vercel (hosting). No others except as required by law.
5. DATA RETENTION
Booking and enquiry records kept 24 months after last interaction, then deleted unless required for accounting/legal purposes.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may request access, correction, or deletion via info@freememusic.com; we respond within 30 days.
